Behind the track
Amalfi Reverie opens Western Reveries with a sunlit fusion of Italian folk influences and melodic deep house, led by delicate mandolin phrases and warm nylon-string guitar.
Tamburello and tammorra-inspired percussion adds a southern Italian pulse beneath rolling basslines and spacious atmospheric pads. Soft wordless female vocals drift between the strings, bringing intimacy to an elegant, flowing dance groove.
Above the Amalfi coastline, golden light settles on pale stone and winding streets, while mandolin echoes follow the sea breeze into the evening.
