About this site

Kabryan.com presents the KABRYAN digital music project, its releases and selected tracks. You can browse the site and listen through the available player without creating an account. This site does not currently accept orders, payments or paid subscriptions.

These guidelines apply to the website and its installed web app. For questions about the site or permission to use its content, contact KABRYAN at hello@kabryan.com.

Listening & sharing

The on-site player is provided for personal listening. Streaming a track does not give you a licence to redistribute, sell, publicly broadcast or use it in videos, advertising or other projects. Any use permitted by applicable law remains available.

You are welcome to share links to this site and its album pages. For licensing, remixes, collaborations or other uses of the music, please contact us first so the relevant permissions can be checked.

Music, artwork & other content

Where protected by law, rights in music, recordings, artwork, text, logos and other material remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party platform names, icons and credited quotations remain attributable to their respective sources or owners.

Making content available here does not grant a general licence to copy, modify or republish it. Permission requirements depend on the material and intended use, subject to applicable legal exceptions. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email us with the page address, the material concerned and details of your claim.

Respectful use

Please do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to private files or sessions, or bypass the player’s access controls. Automated activity that disrupts the service or prevents others from using it is not permitted.

External platforms

Links to Spotify, YouTube, iTunes and social networks open services operated by others. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability and any prices apply when you use them. Any purchase or subscription on those platforms is arranged with the relevant provider, not through this website.

A link or platform icon does not imply an endorsement or partnership. External content and destinations may change.

Availability & updates

Tracks, artwork, release information and site features may be updated or removed. We aim to keep the site accurate and working, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues or technical faults. Please let us know if you find an error.

Installing the web app does not make the music available offline. Audio playback requires an internet connection.

Privacy & cookies

Our Privacy & Cookies notice explains the playback session cookie, local browser storage, offline caching and contact information. Closing the privacy message is not consent to advertising or analytics.

Your rights & changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights and protections available under applicable law.

When the site or these guidelines change, we will publish the updated text and date here. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. If a future feature requires a separate agreement or consent, we will request it as part of that feature.
